Tocaloma is conveniently located 1/4 mile west off the 405 freeway on Mulholland at the Berkeley Hall School.

Yes, you have the option of ordering hot lunch through our catering service.  The link to order will be available in May. 

No.  If your child is enrolled on July 4th you can choose an alternate day to attend.  Just indicate the make up day on the bottom of the application in the additional information section.

Yes.  We need a full and complete application for every camper.  After you have completed and submitted the first application, the screen will display a message that the application has been successfully sent to our office.  At this time, you can begin the additional application.

Camp Dates for 2009 TBA.

Gates open for Drop Off at 8:30 AM. Camp begins at 9:00 AM. Afternoon Pick Up begins at 3:00 PM and continues until 4:00 PM. We do not offer any programs after 4:00. Tots can be picked up beginning at 2:30 PM.

We offer a 15% discount off the THIRD child in the family.

Yes.  On the application there is a space to request one friend.  Your request must be the same gender and age.  They must also request your child.  Making new friends is a life skill. We feel very strongly in creating groups that are balanced with campers from different schools, allowing for new friendships.  If there are additional campers you would like to have your camper grouped with, you may list them under "Other Considerations/Limitations" on the online application for consideration.

At the time of enrollment, a $400 deposit is charged.  You will receive a copy of your invoice by mail.  If you have applied before March 1st, your invoice will reflect the early rate.  You may either pay this discounted tuition in full by March 1st OR you may wait and pay regular rate by May 1st.

Tuition information can be found by scrolling down the online application. Prices range from $88/day to $101/day, depending on the length of your enrollment and when you pay in full. The more you enroll for, the less the daily rate.

To receive the discounted "Early Enrollment" price, tuition is due in FULL by March 1st. "Regular Enrollment" tuition is due May 1st. All applications require a $400 deposit upon submission.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.

The daily rate for days added after initial enrollment will be based on your tuition.

Yes.  Tocaloma's minimum enrollment is 4 weeks, 3 days/week.  While the weeks do not have to be consecutive, we do recommend the first two are consecutive to allow your camper to get comfortable in their group. 

This website is our brochure!  We have taken everything we used in our former brochure and made it instantly accessible online.  If you have any further questions you can't find here, or want to speak with a director, we welcome you to contact us.

We offer private tours by appointment during February and March.  Due to limited space, we recommend you enroll and pay a deposit to hold your child's space.  Then, contact us to schedule a tour.  At the time of the tour, if you feel Tocaloma is not the right fit for your camper, you can cancel and receive your deposit refunded in full*.  

*You must withdraw within 24 hours of the tour and your tour must have occurred in February or March.
