If your child fills out the Mailing List Form, we will respond to that request while asking for your name and email address. We’ll the send a brochure to your residence. At this time, you will have the opportunity to request that we make no further use of the collected information, including deleting it from our records. You also have the right at anytime to review any personal information we may have collected from your child by contacting us using any of the methods below.
